§1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "on4t", "we", "us", "our" refers to the on4t platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://on4t.onl.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the on4t platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the on4t website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available at https://on4t.onl.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an eligible individual on the on4t platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their on4t account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a player's account by on4t, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by on4t to confirm a player's identity, age, and place of residence.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any action listed under Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

§2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The on4t platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. on4t reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any real money balance held in such accounts will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any bonus funds received. Winnings generated by underage players are not eligible for withdrawal under any circumstances.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The on4t platform is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the on4t platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. on4t makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended market. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an on4t account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity. on4t reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the on4t platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonus funds credited to them will be voided, and winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited at on4t's sole discretion.

§3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on4t account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. on4t will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify on4t support immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

on4t is required to verify the identity of all players who request withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. on4t reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage, including at registration or during routine account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your on4t account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus balances not meeting withdrawal requirements at the time of closure will be voided.

§4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

on4t accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. on4t reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the on4t platform is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for bank transfer methods are displayed at the time of transaction. on4t reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your on4t balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. on4t will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Typical processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally processed within minutes to a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. on4t is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's financial institution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the on4t platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). on4t does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. on4t does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

§5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

on4t offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or stake restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and must be read carefully before claiming.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your on4t account are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%), and certain game types may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each offer will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

on4t employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, on4t reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently restrict the player from receiving future promotions.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

on4t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, on4t will honour the terms that were in place at the time of the claim, except where the promotion was obtained through misrepresentation or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

§6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on on4t are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport and market. Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the platform. on4t reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in connection with a system malfunction. Settlement decisions made by on4t are final and binding.

6.2 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the on4t platform operate according to the official rules of the respective game as implemented by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's understanding of a game result and the recorded outcome in on4t's system logs, the system log is the authoritative record. on4t is not responsible for game malfunction caused by the game provider's technical failure, though on4t will work with the provider to investigate and resolve such incidents promptly.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

on4t applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event where applicable. These limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by game type and market. Single-event winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout may be capped at the limit. Maximum payout rules apply to both sports betting and casino game wins.

§7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on4t platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as a player while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one on4t account, whether individually or in coordination with another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any on4t game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or using the on4t platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after using those funds on the platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including matched betting strategies designed solely to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform through VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

§8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the on4t platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of on4t or its content and game provider partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any on4t platform content without express prior written consent. The on4t brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of on4t and may not be used in any manner without written authorisation.

§9 Privacy and Data

on4t collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. on4t uses your data to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send you promotional communications. on4t does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) who are contractually bound to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

§10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The on4t platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. on4t makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. While on4t takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and data integrity, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on4t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming or betting activity. on4t's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

on4t shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, on4t will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore services as quickly as practicable.

§11 Responsible Gaming

on4t is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. on4t offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. §12 Amendments and Termination

Your continued use of the on4t platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 12.2 Termination by on4t

on4t reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or conduct that on4t determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets. Upon termination for cause, on4t may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, any withheld real money balance will be returned to the player.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretive purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
